In accordance with Articles 6-III and 19 of French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), this legal notice is provided to the users of the norva.tv website and the Norva apps (the “Service”).

3. Hosting

The website and web app are hosted by:

Norva's application, authentication, database and operational services are self-hosted within the European Union on infrastructure provided by Hetzner Online GmbH — Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany — hetzner.com. Norva operates the Supabase software on that infrastructure; Supabase does not host this deployment.

4. Nature of the service

Norva is a media player and organizer (software). Norva does not provide, sell or host any content, channel, movie, series or IPTV subscription, and it provides no credentials or playlists. To watch content, the user connects a compatible source that they own or are legally authorized to use, and remains solely responsible for that source and for compliance with its terms and applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The “Norva” trademark, logo, interface, texts and software are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of their publisher and its licensors. Any reproduction, representation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited. Content played through a third-party source remains the property of its respective rights holders.

6. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection, exercisable at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

7. Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, after having sent us a written complaint (see “Contact” below) that has not received a satisfactory reply within one month, any consumer has the right to refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator to which the publisher has subscribed:
